Lebanon Border
The sun sparkled on the Mediterranean Sea as the Bridge for Peace Team prayed at the Lebanon Border. Sitting on the rocks I closed my eyes and saw Scott, Sue, Howie, Ed, and myself riding the waves in a wooden row boat, pulling at the oars, sea spray shooting up to the sky. The rougher the ride the more we laughed. Our net was submerged, fishing the waters of Israel and Lebanon with Jesus. We hauled in the catch. Our net was filled with hearts captured for Christ! We were all surprised and so happy! We want real conversions, not mere mental assent, not seekers of spiritual highs. We pray to see lives transformed by the true joy we receive when we give our very hearts to Christ.
