Joe Trusts

See the green sugarcane plant behind Joe?  He's watching as his mother pulls a stalk from the ground, yanks the leaves off and strips the bark with a knife. She washes it in a basin and cuts chunks for us. Joe's patient.  He doesn't fuss, he just waits.  He knows Mom is preparing something good for him.  And he knows it takes time to get something really good ready.  When we know God has something good in store, we can be patient also.  It's when doubt creeps in that we get anxious. Jesus said, "'...unless you turn and become as little children, you will in no way enter into the Kingdom of Heaven,'" Matt 18:3
