A Seed
Bishop blessed the corn seed destined to be planted in B4P Children's Village soil to help feed children. It seemed improbable that the hard shrivelled kernels in my hand guarded life in their core. Yet, a single desiccated seed hid the potential for a vibrant plant. Over five feet tall it could stand unaided and produce multiple ears of corn.
What looks dead becomes alive. What looks hopeless becomes a hope-bearer. Resurrection, life abundant - sounds like Jesus, sounds like the gospel. Do you look at what's before you and say impossible? Trust Jesus, the One Who brings new life.
